They will be excluded from designing testing allocation plans, selecting athletes for random tests, certain sample collection procedures and results management.

USADA Chief Voices Opposition to the Overhaul Blueprint The reform agenda has drawn public criticism from the CEO of USADA, the United States Anti-Doping Agency, who raised objections over the sweeping transfer of host nations’ testing authority. Separately, the International Testing Agency (ITA) sealed partnership agreements with Saudi Arabia and Queensland, Australia this week.
